Kerala Blasters FC and Steve Coppell succumbed to their second successive 1-0 defeat in the 2016 Hero Indian Super League, this time against Atlético de Kolkata at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi on Wednesday. The only goal of the match came in the 53rd minute of the game after a deflected shot from range by Javi Lara left Kerala’s keeper Graham Stack in no man’s land.
