Eden Hazard scored in the second half giving Chelsea the lead and Pedro scored coming as a substitute for hazard. Michy Batshuayi scored a brace who came as a substitute for Costa.
Chelsea complete the season with 93 points with Diego Costa as the top scorer for Chelsea with 20 goals and Fabregas tops the assists for the blues providing 12 assists

It would not had been possible without Antonio Conte. He came after successful spells in Juventus and Italy national team but Chelsea on the other hand completed a disastrous season finishing 10th the previous year
