The England International captain Wayne Rooney withdrew from the national squad after hours of a match against Spain in Wembley due to knee injury.
The 31 year old national player was training with national team on Sunday but left the pitch in the midway because of the citing in his knee. Lester he went to the Aspire Medical Facility, where a slight knee injury was identified.
The sun news paper alleged on the England Captain that he was drinking heavily on Saturday after dropping in on a wedding party.
After released by FA , Rooney reported to United's office on Tuesday , later he was subjected to medical test at carrington.
A spokesman have offended Rooney's action. He said that he was enjoying a night off with his team mates and added that he did not break any FA Rules.
He said that Rooney was in night off , rather than going out he preferred stay in hotel to celebrate their victory against Scotland. Many visitors approached Rooney as they would as always. It is sad that one or two have now sought to turn Wayne's friendly good nature to their advantage.
Rooney was struggling to establish in Jose Mourinho's squad this season. But later he had a upturn during their victory against swancity and against Scotland this week.
